PLOVER MINT LTD aims to provide customers with a fair and straightforward return process.

Returns and Order Cancellation

For most items purchased online, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at [email protected] within the cancellation period.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days.

Return Conditions

Customers may examine and try on clothing as they would in a physical shop.

We recommend returning products with their original packaging and tags where reasonably possible. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a lawful deduction may be made for any resulting reduction in value.

Certain items, such as personalised products or legally exempt hygiene-sensitive goods, may not qualify for cancellation returns.

How to Request a Return

Please email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return and your return request.

Our customer support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send products to an address that has not been confirmed for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, applicable statutory remedies and return-cost obligations will be honoured.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For cancellation returns, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Where required by law, refunds also include the original standard delivery cost, but not additional charges for a more expensive delivery service chosen by the customer.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us investigate the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
